I love how convenient to buy on Amazon and the product arrived the next day. But I purchased a $1xx boots recently. The delivery driver asked me for a One time passcode?! I through it's a scam at the beginning and cut off the call. Then I search on Google and it is legit.
Yes. They make sure you receive your parcel and reduce it got stolen. But how can I just sit at home whole day and wait for the delivery driver to come and give him/her the OTP?!

My mother in law asked if she could get an item delivered to ours while she was on holiday, but the code got texted to her on the day of delivery! Nightmare.

I believe if you are buying anything that the sellers considered expensive they will send you a code . We purchased a phone for my son. The Amazon app does have deliver alert to tell you how far the deliver is from your house. I gave the password to my son.

26- Good to know. My code was send to my email after the driver came to my house. Unfortunately, Amazon needs to reschedule the delivery the next day.
