Sorry to hear that. In the notices, they said that some areas there were issues and had the alternative log in for those having trouble.
My total steps are not adding up. And it keeps going to zero. I did 9,000-10000 steps on August 1 but it's only showing 12. I couldn't do my challenges or redeem my scratch cards or points because of this. Is it just me??

I didn't have any problem with the steps yesterday but kept on getting error around 7ish when logging into the feed.

Sometimes mine freezes duri g the day then suddenly catches up, but the cumulative total seems to be ok.

I have never had that problem. Usually a reboot of my phone fixes minor issues.
