Email customer support.. Send them your evidence. I am sure they will fix it. Why are you not sending your coins for gift cards if you have that much coins? They increase the cost of gift cards often. Don't hang on to it..

How do I convert it to a gift card?

Go to the rewards section at the bottom of the homepage. Click onto that. Click onto the gift cards that you want then follow the instructions. You can only get one gift card per 24 hours.
