I have more than 5000 coins but I am unable to redeem my voucher I am not receiving a verification code but the message telling me it's sent what the heck is going on this app is very problematic

    There are a lot of security codes to get through, have you checked your text / email messages.

    I've only redeemed my coins for Amazon gift cards. The process is not as straightforward as it could be, but there are no emails involved. You just need to get the various codes involved (two of them) and put them into the correct fields.

      At you go through the pages, you'll see codes and URLs asking with buttons to copy them into your clipboard. Copy the codes and go on to the next page where you use them.
