But there is no email and it hasn't arrived anywhere yet.

    5 ma dovrebbe esserci il supporto per i clienti. Prova a cercare un indirizzo mail a cui scrivere

    Did you check the rewards section to see if it is there? They don't email you your gift. Usually when you redeemed and verified everything the code should pop up. Check the  My rewards and see the history.. everything you redeemed would showed up there..if not there then contact customer support. See photo, this area showed every gift card ever redeemed..
