I love summer, but it definitely makes going out for a walk harder! Just earlier I saw a thermometer under direct sunlight - it marked 53°C. Not precisely chill :')

    Yes, fitness goals are meant to be for health so it makes no sense to risk it to achieve those goals! We must wait for lower temperatures.

    Indeed, I can barely freshen up the house opening the windows at night. Even at midnight, it can still be 30°C or more, it's crazy!

    That definitely is hot. Got to walk early morning or late in the day.  The heat definitely makes it hard to go out.
