There are so many of these cute animals in the nearby park.
This is a chipmunk, not a squirrel right?
I watched them for a minute and it didnt run away.

That's a squirrel, so cute! They are larger and have thicker tails than chipmunks.

A squirrel. Chipmunks are usually so fast you can't get a photo of them. I don't believe a chipmunk would sit there a few minutes. Also, a squirrel is about 2-3 sizes bigger. Both are cute and can be! That's a great photo!
