Maple syrup

I've always liked maple syrup but I only ever use it in two ways. The first way, as predicted, is on pancakes. The other way is with my oatmeal. What are some other good uses for maple syrup?

    I'm certainly open to ideas. I've only put syrup on waffles and pancakes. Oh, I take that back. I will put maple syrup in cornbread and it bakes in and it gives it a sweeter taste. It is yummy.
