I'm really not sure but seeing some documentaries from different things from the past I believe they had created some kind of a pulley system to help them raise the stones.  I'm not sure how even several men could pick up one of those stones. Architecture is amazing.

I think it took a very long time. 

Hard to tell, some people think Aliens did, but I have got my doubts. They must have ingeneered something, since the wheel was already existing. Probably most of it by men's power and elbow grease 😊
