Do you think that aliens exist. This is a topic I think about often. My husband is certain that they don't and refuses to have indepth conversations with me about them. Me on the other hand, I want to believe and am a sucker for any UFO documentary. I have no real life experience with extraterrestrials though. So, what do you think? Are we alone in the universe?

Yeah I'm definitely on the "the universe is so big, there's no way humans are the only sapient life here" wagon. But I don't really hold out hope that they've mastered faster-than-light travel. Humans will probably never meet them, and if they do, it'll be in a distant future and those humans won't be what we'd consider "Earthlings".
