Honestly I struggle with the same thing :') It only works out on the days I want to watch a show live and it ends late - that night I get sleepy early lol
3: I force myself to go to sleep. It's hard for a few nights but eventually my body adjusts.

Get up early once and than you will be tired and go bed earlier.

Same here. I try sometimes, but my mind wont switch off
Get up earlier, didn't take a nap. I used to be a night owl. I've been working day shift for 6 years now, only recently did my internal clock start kicking in
67. You don't. Your body has a natural rhythm. If it wants to go to sleep early, it will. If not, then enjoy the time awake.
Get up early, exercise a lot, tire yourself out, and never have your phone next to you before bed.
You will have to keep yourself busy in the daytime and to slowly sleep earlier day by day like half an hour then eventually, you can adjust your body clock. Or you can try changing the time you have your meals.
