Dear sir! 

I am so frustrated and disappointed by your app. I always got different no. of the coins when I clicked "open the coins" before. However, now I ONLY get "1 coin" EVERY TIME. I don't know why? Does there has any bugs in your app or your app just ONLY preset me has 1 coin each time? It makes me struggling am I still promoting this app to my friends or not since this problem. Would your administration check this problem and help me to fix it ASAP or advise me how to fix the problem? Otherwise, I will stop to play your app and encourage people don't play this app due to this default. Thank you so much.

    At least you still seem to have 7 lucky boxes. I only have 3 atm and it automatically gives me 1 coin every time.

You also has the problem which same as me?! I got only 1 coin each time for all boxes and double up's cases. WTF😩😩

    I have same issue, total no more than 14 coins with double up.

    The lowest i got was 2 coins. As i can see on your screenshot, you're using 4G. Wait until you get a good wifi connection, it might work normally.

I always play this app with WiFi at home or office. But eventually it got same result - ONLY 1 coin each time. Here is NOW photo when I operate the phone under WI-FI at my home. So sad

    Aww ok. Just take it easy! Some days might not be good but one of these days ahead, it will be better.

    Eso ocurre al perder la conexion de internet. Suele pasar sobre todo si abres la app rapidamente y lo primeronque haces es pulsar sobre el video. Dale unos segundos a que la app se conecte a su ritmo. Me ocurria mucho antes. Si no estas seguro de tener internet espera a ver los videos encasa y con conexion potente

The worst case is all the time ONLY 1 coin with the chance to double up ALSO. WTF!! So that's why I would like to seek their administration's help or make a complain. You know I always need to waste my time (over 30 sec) to see the advertisement movies. After that, I ONLY got Totally TWO coins after double up. Shit!
