How to transfer my record to a new phone

I tried to move my balance from an old phone to a new phone while keeping the same account, I believe. But the balance in a new phone is zero. Could you please help me with this?

    I've had to do the same when I got a new phone. I logged in with the same username and password and my coins were there. I hope your issue gets resolved.

    I did it, but my previous balance is 0

    TTry to log of and uninstall app on ale phone and then instal and log on on new one. It worked for me like that.
