Double up not working

All my double ups are not working. When I click on it it just keeps spinning and freezes and I have to restart the app. Anyone else had this problem before?

    My double has only ever worked 4 times total since they brought it in maybe 10 weeks ago? I've given up caring lol.It's unfair though, aldo see people posting screenshots where they get 18 and 20 every box I get 3 and 4 or if I get 8 it's like winning the lotto 🤣
