Well that stinks

Was up early and wanted to get out for my morning walk, but somehow wrenched my back.  I can't even make it to the bathroom without assistance right now, so I don't see a walk happening just yet.

This really sucks because I am an active person, and being stuck in a chair with a heating pad is not my idea of fun.
