Fuming with Cashwalk...

FUMING 🤬

I was having a few glitches with the app, commenting, pictures, games, rewards etc so didn't bother coming on for a week or so, hoping that it would get sorted as was spending way too much time trying to do things/finish challenges etc..

Decided to have a look tonight to see if things were better, and couldn't get back in unless I started again from scratch 😡

I have lost £40 worth of reward cards, and the coins I had in my box...😭

Also only about a week's worth of my comments and posts are showing in my tabs, yet I have completed 3 Mingle events, 3 Sky Gazing challenges and a couple of other small challenges, but nothing showing either...🤔

Yet all my details are still the same and correct, without me filling anything in....

Have messaged 'support' twice today and not heard  anything yet 🧐🙄

    Can you log out and log back in to your app? Hopefully you get your coins back.

      Yes have done 3 times over 24 hours and no difference...
      Got a reply back from Customer Service 😲😲, and all they said was ' if you logged in with original email and on usual SNR channel, then everything will be there still...
      But definitely not 🤬🤬

      I don't save coins, only until I can get a reward card....
      ...and all cards were downloaded in my rewards 🤬
