Tips for resisting snack.

I love snack but always strive to resist temptation. What's your tips for reducing snacks?

 

One of the funny tips I found is spraying water in the chips so that it gets soggy. 

Me: I can't dare to do that to my chips. ๐Ÿ˜‚

    I'd say your best bet is to just stop buying snacks. Or replace it with a healthier snack like radishes.ย

    A way to resist a late night snack is to brush your teeth already.ย

      One time I brushed my teeth early to not to eat. But the moment I saw a fruit, I forgot that I brushed my teeth and took a bite of it. ๐Ÿคฃ

    It sounds simple, but put them away, preferably in a harder to access area. If you have to get a step stool or move things to get them, you'll go for them less. Put healthier snacks as easy access, such as a bowl of fruit on the counter.

    Ive been chewing sugar free gum! Gives me flavor and the feeling of chewing with little to no calorie intake!
