Being entirely unsuccessful trying to capture either the northern lights or the meteor shower. I spent an hour just mins after reports came through and only seen five burning matters in the sky...

    Aww, the sky is still beautiful in your picture! Once, the clouds circled around the moon in a eerie but mystical way, tried to capture that but it sucked!

    Awe :( It takes a lot of practice with lower iso and white balance usually. Also just depends on your equipment and taste.

    Maybe the brightness needs to be increased on your device? Should be smalls white dots.
