I love hot pot. My favorite broth is Tom yum..
I tried chinese hot pot for the first time.
My husband tried spicy one, and i tried mild one. We chose vege and variety of meat. It was way too much, and the spicy one was toooooo spicy.
However, i liked it and like to try othet flavor next time.

try pork bone or mushroom soup base. These are not spicy and perfect for seafood lover.

I went to a Chinese hot pot in Italy and loved it. I got to try a ton of meats that I've never had before. I'm definitely going to be going to another one soon.
