So when I opened the app today I got a notice to upgrade to the new 'UK' app by 1st September no biggie I thought...
Wouldn't let me in the app until I did so.So download the app,it told me to delete the old one.Where do I start? Firstly it says you get 200 coins for having the lockscreen which I didn't get.Secondly there's only THREE boxes!! Even worse, you open them and they don't play an ad so you get 1 coin each.So there's about 40 coins per day lost for a start.Secondly you click feeds and see "This page will be updated soon".So I'm in the middle of challenges that I can't finish... so I came on here and logged in with same account and there's NO record of my comments or posts! When you migrated to the new app it said all data would be moved with you.I have my photos for yesterday but can't remember what day I'm up to for each challenge.Finally, and this is the worst of the whole saga for me they have removed Tesco gift cards.I always redeemed these to get money off my groceries.Don't want any of the other options.Absolute joke of a change I might just stop using the app what's the point? No point in emailing customer support either as they either don't reply or take a week to reply when they do๐ค๐ค๐ค
Really annoying isn't it!!! Had basically the same when opened yesterday after a week/10 days of not, (was fed up with glitches)... Only a handful of posts/comments showing in my history, lost all ยฃ40 of reward cards, and 3500+ coins ๐คฌ๐คฌ...and I didnt even do an update ๐ค๐ Support only said ' if you used usual email and same SNR channel, then everything will still be there'....โฆ. Ummm nope, nothing.....๐ฅ
UK users have been posting a lot about this issue. I hope it gets resolved soon.
