Bread

Still on my healthier lifestyle; what I find most challenging is giving up bread. Well I haven't completely given it up. Infact I still had bread this morning

    I know there are some Keto and low calorie bread options.   I say, "everything in moderation".  If you enjoy a piece of bread now and then, eat it and enjoy it!  Feeling unreasonable guilt is also bad for your health!
