Smootie or Juice

It has been proven that juicing removes the fiber contents of fruits and veggies. However if you are new to this process and you can't stomach smoothies yet, I find juice more easy to drink. You still get the nutrients. Smootie or Juice

    I prefer smoothie over juice. Fiber also necessary for a healthy body.
