    Sometimes. I'll try adding something to the shake to give it more flavour but I'm usually happy with just plain old Soylent.

      It claims to be the "world's most perfect food". 

I don't know if that is true, but I'm pretty sure it's more convenient and healthier than most of the other stuff I eat.
