I'm not sure what you mean? It's 20 posts and 100 comments isn't it?

I think she is talking about the counts in the "my comments" session. I am pretty sure you can see how many posts or comments you have made so she is going from there.

If you go to the clipboard icon at the top left corner of the feeds page it will show all that info
