Vega shakes are ok if you get the right flavour (vanilla chai is my favourite), but they're not very filling so I often have a double portion.
I'm not super hungry, but I figure I gotta have something do that I don't end up snacking later.
I already had a Soylent shake due breakfast, so I'm having a Vega all-in-one for dinner. You know, for variety.
