1. Sleep schedule

My sleep schedule is completely ruined. I try to fix it but every time I end up messing it up. What should I do?

    26. Sleep schedule is made up. Someone people are naturally nocturnal. Don't force your body to do something it's not made to do.
    I sleep 3-4am to 12pm. Work 3pm to 11pm.

    I am usually in bed by 9pm- 2am. I get up for work as I start at 3 am. My husband doesn't sleep until 1-2am.. you just going to have to figured out a time and make yourself go to bed.. that is how I do it.. now by 9 I am sleepy..
