I take vitamins. I take whatever the doctor tell me I am lacking on.. I don't know just when I do bloodwork..lol

I do take a multivitamin. Some people said they don't work, but I'd rather take the chance. Do some research online according to your age, and if you have any minor physical symptoms. You can usually find good information and recommendations if you look at reliable websites.
