     Very nice, I enjoy eating eggs for breakfast. My husband always complains that I would eat eggs all day long if I could. Lol

    You're right about the hollandaise. Had to do that in a restaurant I worked at. Hated it with a passion!

    I've tried to make it for my husband. He says it tastes okay, not great. I can't seem to get the thickness right. It's a little too runny. Got any tips?

    Looks great. I used to have to make hollandaise sauce in morning for a restaurant.. I am not a fan of making it.
