I have a delivery expected today.. it was delivered on time but the driver refused to go upstairs to put it in front of my door. He said he cant leave his van on the street... but there is parking space for deliveries 📦 I need to go downstairs to pick up the heavy package

    #7 I would like suggested below, leave him a bad review. That is pure laziness especially considering there is parking spaces. As well as the driver not knowing if you were disabled, elderly or not!

    Yeah he sounded rude in the phone asking me to pick it up down there

    Give him a bad review, he just didn't want to carry a heavy package up a flight of stairs.
