No issues. Just download app, and sign in with your password. Your account transfers over easily.

I'm not sure what you are asking. If you change phones with the same provider the app will transfer over. I've never changed providers before.

When I sign up I used a phone number that I don't use anymore. Now I have a new phone number. I can't convert my points without my old phone number. I don't know how change my phone number to my current phone number. Please help me. Thank you
