When I joined the app , the 5£ voucher was for 5000 coins when I was nearly there the required step count went up to 6200, when I reache 6250, it went up to 12500, does the voucher even exist ?

All my step counts have just disappeared I was almost at 7 thousand

Yes the voucher exists. But that is the reason why all of us older users cash out as soon as it hits the cash out amount
