I make a redeem to amazon but cant add to amazon app then the code disappeared!!

As already said, it should still be in the rewards tab. I usually go through all the steps to redeem and then copy and paste the code into my Amazon account.

Look in the my rewards tab in the rewards section. It should be the last one on the bottom.
