my gift card is still processing and missing points

my gift card has been processing for over 24 hours.  i am missing point from completed game last week as well. i submitted a ticket. nothing has been fixed

    Speaking from experience. Just wait for the gift card to be process within one week. You can't redeem another giftcard as long as you have a pending one. About the completed game, most of them you have to play it within 90 or 120 days. They don't want you to finish it within one week or earlier than that. Read the rules first before you play it.
