Hello I have play the bonus scratch card several times and twice I won and I never received the 10,000 points 😢 why?

    When you played the scratch lotter. Did you actually win 10000 coins? Or are you asking why you didn't get it? I am not understanding what you needing help with? If you won 10k then you will see it on your coins tally. Do you have a picture of your lottery winning?
