Counting steps or coins error

 

Yesterday it stopped at 20,000 steps and didn't move at all till this morning. 

So my husband fixed it. [Android]

 

1) Go to the setting app and choose cashwalk.

 

2)Delete data and cache.

 

3) After doing 2), cashwalk will be reset. 

 

So make sure you know ur ID AND PASSWORD. Then log in again.

    I've done what your husband did.
My steps reset to zero and counted again, but the coins from steps are not collected.
Only coins from daily lucky boxes are collected.
So sad, I have no idea. I need to figure out what's going on here 😢

    Yes I figured it out I had same problem. I was pretty annoyed. I reset last night again. Hopefully they fix it asap.

    No. I didn't lose any. Just last night at 12:00am, I got 200 automatically so I touched. Lol so I thought I got extra 200 without my steps today at 12:00am. But this morning disappeared 200 coins. No pain no gain. So I reset this morning and I got right coins now.

    Omg! I thought I'm the only one experiencing this. It started also yesterday and today I'm being flooded with ads even I'm not using cashwalk app! The heck is going on with cashwalk?
