Is there such thing as too many Ricola intake? Only active ingredient is menthol & the rest are bunch of herbs&minerals

    I have no idea but don't they have a high sugar content? I would say to try and limit them based on that so your sugar levels don't spike.

    6. Mine is sugar free (it does have aspartame which isn't good either eh) so I'm not concerned about sugar spike but hopefully no medical risk it poses
