Is it macaroon or macaron? I heard people say either so what's correct spelling

    That pic is macarons. Macaroons I believe are these grainy almond cookie things. My mom used to make them all the time. They're good in small amounts. Personally I would take them over macarons I have found the latter to be quite bland even with all the exciting flavors. Overrated in my opinion

    Macaron.. Macaroon is the a coconut drop cookies. Two very different cookies.
