    A major effect of obesity is diabetes.  In which I'm currently dealing with.  I had this sickness while being pregnant with my last child. It's been 6 years now. And man can I say that that roller coaster is a never ending story. But I have it under control now so things are better. Buy man oh man. It can lead to death so if anyone is experiencing this please take very good care of yourself drink lots of water stay away from carbs and fatty foods. And walk.

    My mother refuses to take care of her diabetes and is now nearly blind and it's affecting her feet .
