Bed

I want to go to sleep in my bed but I have to get 5k steps atleast 😩 any advice for nookie like myself

    Just go outside and walk around the block. Look at peoples houses and jugde them like i do.  Like omg they have somthing better than me.  Must compete.. you know the naborly thing to do while keeping yourself active.
