Labor Day Getaway? Not for me.

Thousands of people head to The Outer Banks (NC in the U.S.) in summer, and especially on this Labor Day Weekend,  which traditionally marks the end of summer.  Its a very popular resort area.

 

Yet I'm here at my boyfriend's mom's house and not enjoying a minute of it.  Even if we wanted to go somewhere here, the tourists make it miserable.  So glad I don't live here.
