I like it better. I spend more time outside. During the summer the heat and humidity is so horrible that I barely make it outside.

Honestly, I hate it. I don't like it when it is dark by 5:00 or 5:30 here. It only lasts a few weeks but it's very annoying. I do feel more tired in the evenings I suppose it is psychological but I'm not sure. I know that the pets get confused. Their body clocks have a hard time adjusting. My dog wants to go to bed way earlier than the real time. Because it's dark.

Yeah I change my routine. I love Fall, the weather is nice, that makes my mood happy, and when I am happy, my energy level goes up.

I have a harder time getting up in the chilly weather.
