Are you a planner or go with the flow kind of person?

Question

Do you plan things before doing or kind of go with the flow person. I usually like to plan things as it keeps me focused. Curious to know how others accomplish their tasks.

In writing we call that "planners" or "pantsers", because you either plan out your story before you write it, or you "fly by the seat of your pants"... I myself am a little bit of both. I love to plan and plan to plan, but I allow room for spontaneous creativity as well!
