    Well don't do that. It won't solve the problem. Take action by contacting the Support team.

      I don't know why it Is doing that cause when I did it before I got it the same day but not now

    I am having the same issue. Never had an issue until last week - the card was always immediately ready, but now it just says processing. I have emailed customer service twice with no response. I also posted a question on the Instagram page, still no response. It is super frustrating and makes me wonder if the app is about to close and we will lose all our points.

      I didn't lose them because I didn't sign out, I just uninstalled and re installed.. now I'm going to see if that works.. I have been having trouble with this app all week aswell
