It looks delicious. From the picture, it looks like they cut the potatoes into waffle shapes, fried them, and topped them with salsa, avocado, and sliced olives, and ricotta cheese. I want to try making it.

It's not common, but I have had it. It's heavy and calorie dense. Not something I can eat often. If I were to make it, an air fryer and light on the cheese would be good. More beans, salsa, and guacamole.
