Does anyone have situation that account been suspended?? I have almost 15000coins and when I want to change for any voucher it says that account been suspended. I write emails go support time since month almost and no answer. What should o do?? Thanks for answers

That is so sad! Their customer service is bad. Hopefully you won't lose all of those coins!

Took me two months of 2-3 emails per week to get in unlocked. So you may want to flood them with emails.

My account isn't suspended but I can't access it on the community so might as well be suspended as you can't join challenge. This is a new account.My old account I logged in via Facebook and now it's just locked. I have no advice but mutual sympathy at the crap update. Keep trying and maybe one day it might be resolved
