Yes, good you pointed out that some essential oils are toxic to pets. So many people don't realize that.
You need a 4 oz spray bottle for this mixture. I suggest a dark or amber colored glass bottle so UV light does not degrade the mixture. Glass bottles work best because they are non-porous so will not absorb the container's contents.
*Warning* Every essential oil used in this bug spray is TOXIC to cats. It is harmful for cats to even inhale these (and other) essential oils due to a missing liver enzyme.
