Kale in natural form is tricky to eat. But i found this way of chopped kale favorable&easy, not bitter either.

    Broccoli, beans, carrots, cooked celery 

I like corn and peas too but they are a starch.

    I buy it ready to eat (kale salad) from the grocery store I go to, it comes with sliced tomatoes, cottage cheese and sweet pecan. So good!
