Google says it's called cheeses. It's a species of Mallow and has much of the same properties of the Marsh Mallow.
I have this beautiful flower growing in my balcony garden. Anybody knows what this flower is?

Thank you Nicole. I Google too and found several different names Malva, Mallow and so forth. Nonetheless, I enjoy having this flower in my garden!
