Dragon fruitDragon fruitThis is mine AM snack. It was such a beautiful color and looks so good once cut but it was a bit sour. I should have waited for it to ripe a bit more before eating it..

    Yes they are. The seeds are like sesame seeds and you do eat them..

    You can get them at most Asian grocery store. I have seen them in Walmart, Sam's club and Costco too.
