had to deal with w really weird wrist pain all day! it feels like my tendon is inflamed but i didnt really do anything to it? its not even my dominant hand, it just started out of nowhere

Do you use that hand to view your phone/tablet? Sometimes I get pains in various places on my left arm because of the way I hold my phone or lean on it for a long time.
